Black Widow: Yelena Belova (confirmed), Taskmaster (confirmed), Jessica Drew
Eternals: Hercules, Sentry
Falcon and the Winter Soldier: Clay Quartermain, Daisy Johnson (please, please please)
Shang-Chi: Karnak
Thor 4: Angela, Beta Ray Bill
Loki: Lorelei (from Agents of Shield)

I think Beta Ray Bill has been confirmed for the next GotG volume.
I don't seem them bringing in Quicksilver from the Fox XMen franchise when they already had a Quicksilver in the MCU.

Dunno if Morbius will pop up. Sony has a Morbius movie coming out next summer with Jared Leto. There's that weird deal where they still have the right to some of the Spider-Man characters.

Namor has been confirmed. Since Doctor Strange seems to be going with a Wanda buddy type thing, it’ll no doubt be in Black Panther 2

If you're going to use the characters from the TV Series...
-Runaways: Keep the entire cast
-Cloak and Dagger: Keep the entire cast
-Agents of SHIELD: Keep the entire cast
-Danny Rand: Recast. Finn Jones is awful
-Colleen Wing: Keep Jessica Henwick
-Typhoid Mary: Keep Alice Eve but make her even more insane
-Misty Knight: Keep Simone Missick
-Luke Cage: Keep Mike Coulter
-Jessica Jones: I'm not sure on this one. I'd recommend keeping, but Krysten Ritter says she's done with Marvel
-Trish Walker: Recast for the Helstrom series. Rachael Taylor is terrible
-Matt Murdock: Keep Charlie Cox
-Foggy Nelson: Keep Elden Henson
-Elektra Nachios: Keep Elodie Yung
-Wilson Fisk: Keep Vincent D'Onofrio
-Frank Castle: Keep Jon Bernthal
-Benjamin Poindexter: Keep Wilson Bethel
-Bonus: Bring back Adrienne Palicki as Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird
I would recast Eric Christian Olsen as Danny Rand, and Jessica DeGouw (Huntress from Arrow) as Jessica Jones.

Unless your talking the spider verse, Beta Ray Bill is the biggest name left out so far. IMO anyhow.
