No longer planning on taking my 7 year old nephew to see Star Wars. You saved me $30 I would have wasted on that SJW pile of garbage. Brother's pissed but he's a pussy

The SJW aspects are the least of it's problems.

The movie is actively trying to turn young men and boys into subservient shadows of what a man should be.

As I said before, criticism = information for people on the fence. $10 for a movie ticket is nothing. But I’m not wasting 2.5 hours to watch something and then shake my head at it.

I leaned over to my son during the movie and said “You know this is just a made up movie right? Girls can’t really be starship captains.”

You should go see it and form your own opinion.

And the movie proceeded to prove you right.

Wow. Good to see you know how to make decisions on your own, what a great example you must be to your nephew. Always follow, never lead.

Laura Dern proved if you need a woman to whisky throttle your starship into another one, she's your man.

Not even planning on seeing IX in theaters

Star Wars/Star Trek are so deeply ingrained in our culture the weird kids are the ones who haven’t seen it. FYI
