Nah an evil lead thug wants to make toon world into an amusement park. Bugs challenges these thugs to a basketball game since all the monsters they see are really small guys. then the little monsters go in a trench coat to NBA games and steal the powers from Barkley/Ewing etc. Then Bugs steals Jordan off the putting green to help him beat the MonStars
