It's almost November and there's no sign of when to be expecting the rest of the season. This has never happened before. What gives?

Not sure. But the pandemic episode was awesome.

The pandemic episode, which was one of the best comedy products ever produced in my opinion, may very well have gotten close to cancelling South Park which in the not to distant past would’ve been an absolute waste of time to even try.

I searched for this yesterday and there aren't any updates. This is bizarre, and makes me wonder how much the election and covid have had to do with it.

Based on Randy saying he thinks he will do a few more specials at the end of the Pandemic Special I expect there to be a couple more long-form shows.

Yeah, they’ll do one on the election even if it’s a week after it.

It may just be me but I would trade 10 short episodes for 5-hour episodes in a heartbeat.

I gotta admit I have been jonesing for SP and have been watching tons of my fav episodes on HBOMax the last couple of weeks.

It's not just you. I would much rather have SP week to week for a season than pandemic-type specials here and there (and I loved the special).
