Wow. This is a great series. Reminds me a lot of Breaking Bad. I’m currently in season 4.

Such an underrated show. This is the sleeper that few know about. The characters, the acting, writing, cinematography....just a winner all around. As far as sleeper shows, I'd put it up there with Boardwalk Empire.

If you like Snowfall you might want to try BMF on Starz. It is also a basically true story (Demetrius Edward "Big Meech" Flenory and Terry Lee "Southwest Tee" Flenory and their drug empire built out of Detroit). It doesn't have the CIA and Mexican cartel angles and maybe not quite as good but I found it interesting. It just started its third season.

His does. The actor who plays him directs the final season. Which is almost the best season of the 4.

I’m in Season 6 now. Show is getting better and better. Uncle Jerome does play a major role in this show.

My favorite easter egg in a long time is that scene in the last season (might be the final episode) where a crew is filming a movie in the background as the main characters walk through the neighborhood. The film characters all looked A LOT like the kids from Boyz in the Hood. The presumption being that Singleton wrote that detail in to connect the larger stories.

i've never been a giant 50 cent fan and I recognize that Power and the like weren't made for me but the staying power of his shows on there is impressive.
There's not much i want to watch on Starz, but it obviously had had a following and some appeal.

Jerome y Leon are my fav characters.
I hated Franklin mom- maybe cuz of The Wire.
I thought 5/6 was ok, First few season was awesome.
I do like Power since 50 was mentioned lol
