I wonder what closed caption would look like when the Pikies spoke. There's no way someone like BBG could watch this movie.

If you liked Snatch you should rent Rock n Rolla. I personally liked it better than Snatch, and Guy Ritchie directed it as well.

You are crazy. Rock N Rolla was terrible compared to Snatch or Lock.

One of life's great questions is whether Snatch was better than Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels.

I can't decide.

We debated that last Friday in last weeks thread on Snatch.

I go with Snatch. I think last week I might have said Lock.

I missed it.

Snatch is more polished IIRC. I remember liking LS better, but I might have been overrating it just b/c I saw it before it was cool (or at least I thought so).
Which one had the cage scene with the pellet rifle?

Most on here seem to like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels > Snatch. But I like Snatch a little bit better.
LSATSB did it first, but Snatch did it better imo. There were just more memorable characters. One of my favorite movies.

That was Lock. The weed dealer was using the pellet gun.

Is this the norm with Guy Ritchie movies? I just wanted to know if Snatch was worth the watch, not which movie was better.

NOOOOOOOOOO!

Swept Away, Revolver, and Rock N Rolla suck.

Sherlock Holmes was only ok. I thought it would be great but they changed it from a traditional Holmes mystery to a Summer Blockbuster Explosion Fest.

Lock and Snatch are both great though.

that's why I haven't watched it yet.

My neighbor let me borrow Memento also, and that was pretty good also. Snatch was better, but I'm glad I finally decided to watch those.

Holmes wasn't terrible but it also was not anything I have interest in watching again. I would watch a sequel hoping they would get it right.

I thought it was pretty good. I read all of those stories when I was young, but I didn't mind the changes they made. You could make a very good movie by sticking closely to the style of the stories, but they made a good one by doing something else. Nothing wrong with that.

Yeah I didn't mind Sherlock. I enjoyed it.
But I knew going in it was going to be a popcorn flick.
I kind of like how simplistic the ending was. Almost scooby dooish.
