Finished season three and watched about ten minutes of the S4 premiere. Not sure if I should continue.

i got worn out about the same time. the show lost me around mid season 4 or so

If you're not into it now I would give up on it. It's going to take a more political turn moving forward.

Most seem to love it, but I couldn't get past season 1.

Yes. Seasons 2 and 3 were easily the worst. I absolutely despised most of those. But the subsequent seasons did get better. I couldn't stand the Aunt Polly story arc during those 2 and 3.

I absolutely love it, but I don’t know if I could binge 4 seasons in a row. Everyone if different, but binging a season when it drops, then having to wait until the next season is my preference for PB.
That said, the wait for the upcoming season has been too long.

You not watching on Soap2Days or the IBBC player with a VPN?

Season 4 has a great ending, but certainly doesn’t take as fun a path to get there as the previous seasons. But it might be my favorite finale
Honestly I found season 5 to be a bit of a chore with the direction they took on it but still excited for season 6
I’d say finish season 4 and then at that point you might as well watch season 5 and then watch the final season 6 thats coming out now

We must be talking about two different show called peaky blinders because that’s an insane take

That I maybe can agree on, she is a bit of a nag for a long stretch of the show, but the rest of the plot more than makes up for that

Well, that's just like, your opinion, man.
I don't generally care for her character at all. I binged those seasons while I was sick with the flu.
I also felt like they, as a family, moved too quickly from scumbag gutter rats to "hoighty toighty" criminals.

No, I'm just waiting until June.

I still have 3 episodes left of S5 that I started about a year ago. I have no intention of finishing at this time. S1-S4 were fantastic but I just don't need anymore of that world I think.
Edit: forgot how many seasons there were.

I just finished ep. 4 of season 4 last night. No way I could have stopped after the way season 3 left off. And 4 is all PB vs the mob. I'm still loving it.
Eta: subtitles make the show better.

I still love the show, but 100% agree with this.

Season 5 has that House of Cards problem where we’ve seen the rise, so watching the struggle to stay on top is not quite as fun
Plus the whole fascism angle is just sort of odd, boring and out of place for the show. But I still have hope they’ll be dumping that plot line in lieu of the other major plot line that was being built last season for the upcoming one

Only problem with binging a full season of PB at one time, is it's just half a day, so you forget it all in a week.
I think I'm going to go back and watch it all before starting the last season.

Wow. I really, really like that aspect of the show. That being said, I absolutely love the time period between WWI and WWII, so I find it to be pretty fascinating and a really great representation of what I know of that period.
