I agree Turk's is bad. I don't know how long they could keep Cox's going and the Janitor I don't even know what that would be about. If they were to get everybody to come back I could see it all coming together, if not I pray they just leave it alone.

Masi Oka as Franklin and Sarah Lancaster as Julie/Gift Shop Girl; both their absences were because NBC refused to let them do it, according to Bill Lawrence
Ryan Reynolds (college buddy Spence)
Matthew Perry (Murray)
Mandy Moore
Michael Weston, the soldier with the brain injury
Keri Russell, Elliott's sorority sister who dated J.D.
Courtney Cox
D.L. Hughley (Turk's brother)
Carla's brother.
Jason Bateman as the ostrich guy
Cheryl Hines as Cox's sister
Scott Foley ("Nobody cares, Sean!")
Rick Shroder (Nurse Paul Flowers)
That touchy-feely-crazy head of surgery Turk hated that J.D. thought was just a sensitive guy
That chick in charge of surgery that dated Cox
Bonnie, Turk's early rival from surgery
Jay Mohr as Cox's former intern who betrayed him
Heather Graham
Sean Hayes (the perfect intern who then had a mental breakdown in season 1)
Sloppy Joe cafeteria worker
Tara Reid
Brendan Fraser
Sam, that con guy who faked pain to try to score drugs from Elliott, then Jordan.
Kylie. Don't know actress's name.
The cast of St. Elsewhere.
Julianna Margulies as the malpractice lawyer who sued Turk and slept with J.D.
Colin Farrell
Dave Foley (that psychiatrist who pissed J.D. and Cox off for how he was frank about death and accused them of going through the five stages of grief)
Basically every Spin City star they had on, even if I don't know all their names (as actors, or characters). Michael J. Fox, Heather Locklear as the Plomox girl who Cox dated, Richard Kind as the hypochondriac, the black guy who was competitive as a doctor with Cox and had a possibly autistic son, the (religious?) guy whose wife never talked and he was upset he had some sort of problem with his because they only communicated in the bedroom, etc.
Someone posted this on abc.com. these are all the people that couldn't make it to the hallway scene.

Donald Faison, John C. McGinley and Neil Flynn have all closed deals to continue as regulars in second position to their pilots. Faison and Flynn co-star in hot ABC pilots, "The Law," which is already unofficially staffing, and "The Middle," respectively. McGinley is on CBS' drama pilot "Back."
They are all coming back. I thought about and I will not hate something I haven't seen yet. Look I will come on hear and say it sucks (if it does) but wait till it airs then have your comments. We don't know if it is going to suck it might, it could, but it could also be badass kinda like Scrubs was

Sounds more like guest appearances by everyone else. I have disagreed with you all season. I didn't hate the season, but I did hate any of the intern heavy episodes.
I pray we get new interns because the only one I liked at all was tom boy chink chasing blondie.

ABC didn't pick up her new show so she is probably coming back

Fine but annoying voice girl and overly deep voice guy and generic blond chick were all terrible.
I'm sure I will watch the new show, but it simply will be a body without a heart just ticking down the time until cancellation.

These are my sentiments as well.

I thought the kid from little giants was the only good new intern character. I say they bring back Lonnie too.
