I have to say that Affleck may have the best chin of all the Batmans. Seriously, they finally got the chin right.

Have to admit, from the images I've seen, he does have the Batman look to near perfection. I just hope I don't watch it with "it's Ben Afflect" in the back of my head.

Heck, I assumed most of the good looking ones are models paid by the studios.

Although, the number of hot chicks actually liking comics and sci-fi fantasy movies / games has exploded 10000% since the 80s.

Don't let the percentage fool you since there were NO hot women in the 80s who liked sci-fi / fantasy.

You are partially correct.

You have "Booth Babes" basically paid to attract men with their tits.

You have professional Cosplayer girls who make a living playing dress-up. (Some work booths some work their own cosplay creation into a lucrative side business.)

Then you have the average girl playing dress-up. Occasionally I will stumble across one who rocks your world but for the most part they are OT 5s.

I knew he would look like a great Batman. What I was worried about most was the name. He's a big name to be playing such a big character. His look is perfect, though. Hopefully we can all look past the fact that it's Ben Affleck and see it for what it is, because I think he's gonna do great.

I'm on board with BA as the new Batman/BW.

Side tangent: Halo: Nightfall looks pretty interesting.

Affleck has been my last concern for this movie for a while. It's every other report that has me disturbed.

There are some things that worry me also, but there are some good things that I'm hearing. WW's outfit will be classic style, we've seen that Batman has a classic style uniform, and no Goyer. I haven't seen much that bother's me. The Luther cast choice concerns me. I guess we'll see.

lot of random shite came out of some panels.

benedict cumberbatch jokingly said hed like to play batman. internet of course took it seriously.

McConaughey and Nolan made a surprise stop by hall H.

this is the synopsis they gave about Interstellar:

quote:

“Cooper is a pilot, an engineer, and a widowed pilot of two children where civilization is just sustaining. There’s food, clean water, but they don’t need any explorers, no new bright ideas. Then something happens and the dream of being a pilot again knocks on his door.” The chance becomes “the greatest mission” he’s ever taken on.

Wonder Woman's casting concerns me as well. Yeah, my first reaction to Ben Affleck was negative, but the guy is smart and competent. But Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman? Snyder has lost his fricking mind. I can see Eisenberg as a nerdy Luthor who is merely a parody of Zuckerberg (certainly not Clancy Brown's iconic version) to where that may work, but I won't believe it til I see it that Gal won't be a complete and total disaster on screen. It's insane she's the first person to portray Wonder Woman on the big screen.

I liked the choice, until I saw her physique. I don't have as much of a problem with her as most people. I think that situation remains to be seen, IMO. If she's bad, I'll be the first to admit it.

A good story will change all minds.

Problem is, I have NEVER been interested in Wonder Woman. She was only one step above the Wonder Twins, Wendy, Marvin and Wonder Dog.

Read a few comics back in the stone age but never cared for WW.

According to RollTide she is the most important superhero ever created.

I doubt that documentary will have the sheer entertainment value that Kevin Smith's live story does. One of my favorite behind the scenes stories ever.

his story is absolutely fantastic. and his payoff at the end is amazing.

as much shite as i give him as a filmmaker, i have to hand it to him. hes pretty self aware of his talents and his knack for commentary is amazing.

that documentary should be pretty great though.
