I'm not saying your graph is wrong but
"The Trace is a nonprofit news organization that focuses on gun violence". I can speak to my hometown of a little over 10,000 people now. Murders and shootings happen here more frequently here than they did in the 1980s, without question.

Speaking of ignoring things, you also would have been able to refi into a sub 10% rate less than 6 years into the 1985 mortgage. There is no mathematical way to frame today's market as better than back then.

No i didnt. I said i was surprised the other guy was the first one to bring up the 80s mortgage rate crisis.
I never commented on the 80s as a whole. Every post i made was about 80s mortgages that someone brought up. Go read them. This is you crying about something that never happened

frick RR, he is totally full of shite. My dad had to close his dental practice in YR 3 in central LA as he was drafted to go to Ft Gordon due to the Cuban missile crisis. I was born at Ft G instead of in central Louisiana. Then they wanted him to re-up but they wouldn't send him to oral surgery school and he said not happening. It's like RR has zero understanding of Russia or Cuba and what they were attempting to do. RR needs to shut his gaping hole and go back to Canada and stop making shitty movies.

The source is our FBI crime stats. Look at the bottom. You can look this up yourself. It's not secret or bad information. It's universally accepted outside of certain right-based echo chambers.

Can you point me to where I can find the actual number of murders reported for Lake Charles between 1980-1999 as opposed to 2000-2026? Not the murder rate, the actual numbers.
