Wait why are people disgusted? I mean I don't want to see people I'm working with having sex, but ratting them out and calling it "disgusting" is a little far.

People don’t like Pattinson? Guess they can’t find proof he voted Trump so this is the next best thing

2 actors in the lead of a Hollywood movie break COVID protocol?

FFS, they spend 16 hours a day together filming the movie. You know the Batman and Catwoman masks aren't exactly "face coverings", right?

Relax, bud. I’m neither here nor there on the issue of strict COVID protocols. I just know that if there are regulations in place and they get broken, production can come to a grinding halt. (See Tom Cruise chewing out two workers on the new Mission Impossible movie for not wearing their masks, thereby threatening to delay movie production.)

It seems outrageous enough to be a troll. On the other hand, between the earlier rumors of the Pattinson/Kravitz "beef", and now this, feels like a viral marketing campaign that is finding its own legs.

If they are scared the movie is bad, then ANY publicity is good if it will put butts in seats (if that's even a thing after COVID).

I get that (and that it isn't your position, necessarily, but the industry's), but the lead actors in a film CANNOT observe protocols unless they're portraying surgeons for the entire film's run.

And they're romantic leads, so that shite is out the window.

Well, I was merely being hypothetical because people were wondering why Reeves would blow his top at all. (For the record, my belief is that this is a false rumor by some disgruntled Pattinson hater.)

BUT, if we really want to dissect this issue some more, people pant and exhale tons of moisture from their mouths during sex. If, as the guidelines indicate, the virus is transmitted by water droplets, and you’ve got two people humping each other face to face, there’s got to be at least a moderate increase in the likelihood of transmitting the disease from one person to another.

On the other hand, Pattinson and Kravitz probably receive daily screenings to make sure they are not carriers.

Weeelllll shite.

When this world gets upset just because Batman is banging Catwoman on the hood of the Batmobile...

... there truly is no hope for society.

Interesting game could be played... how many old-shool batman sounds were heard coming from those two going at it on the hood of the batmobile?

2) Reeves is worried, as Tom Cruise was on the set of M:I, that if Pattinson and Kravitz broke COVID-19 protocol they could have production shut down or run into issues with the movie's insurers.
This is a joke right? The performers have to get up close with each other regularly. They don’t have to wear masks when they’re performing on screen. They don’t Have to wear them interacting off screen either. What’s the difference?

Seriously, they were banging off the set. I don't see the common sense problem here.

Please don’t ignore the last part of my post where I say the most likely scenario is that this whole story is bullshite.
