season 8 is the finale legit scrubs season. med school is season 9 and receives a lot of undeserved hate. it was a good show and really started finding it's groove around mid season. I really wish it would've gotten a fair shake. the cast was good

All of this.

I just started watching Scrubs this past year... after my wife latched onto Grey's Anatomy.

Scrubs is a far better series than Grey's Anatomy, even when they're not in the same genre.

Am I alone in thinking that doctors and surgeons are more accurately portrayed in Scrubs than in Grey's Anatomy, even though the latter is supposed to be taken more seriously? I just can't imagine that level of soap opera interaction with patients that's depicted on G.A. ever happens at a real life hospital.

Pay attention, Rex. Scrubs is widely considered the most accurate TV show relating to the medical field.

GA took itself way too seriously. At all times.

The beauty of Scrubs was that it didn't try not to be a comedy, but still found ways to mix in genuine poignancy amongst the jokes.

Scrubs even made fun of GA in a couple of episodes, if I recall correctly

You are not alone. They are definitely better portrayed in Scrubs. For Scrubs to be a comedy show, they get most of their medical stuff correct. Makes it my favorite show by far

Me too. I'm already midway through Season 2. Question though: What's with the different theme song that is seemingly utitlized at random during Season 2?

Hmm, not sure. I remember them playing a longer version of the theme song in one season

I'm almost finished with season 1. Not binging by any means but watching an episode or two a day. Plus I just started watching iZombie which is strangely entertaining.

I found myself sticking around after The Flash to watch it. Definitely enjoy it more than I thought I would when it premiered last year. So far the one where she eats the frat guys brains has been my favorite.
