obvious troll. ESB is consistently ranked as one of the 10 best movies ever made, and alot of lists have it in the top 5
but I'll bite. Phantom Menace was better than revenge of the sith. At least george tried to be original. Clones and sith just borrowed from the OT and those are the movies that really make the OT fricking suck for some people.
Phantom didn't ruin childhoods, sith did.

I don't think it is the best Star Wars by but that opening scene with the barrel roll of their fighters straight down right into the battle is amazing especially in IMAX.

Yoda was still a puppet and he actually filmed on location in Tunisia again for the Tattooine sequences. 4. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Dexter Jetser the four armed alien who owns a 50s cafe. Space Venice. George Lucas romance dialogue. Yoda jumping around like he just smoked a shitload of meth. Progressively shittier lightsaber battles. General "Grevious"

It's really not, the scene where the millenium falcon shoots straight down to avoid the two colliding star cruisers while doing barrell rolls being chased by tie fighters is impressive.

When Anakin is marching the troops up the steps is probably the best scene of all the newer ones.
Overall pretty weak movie though. I know I know, im going to catch some heat for not liking it, but sorry fanboys, its not as good as the originals. There, I said it.

none of the prequels are. The less Lucas is actually involved post ANH the better the movie hence little involvement in Empire but heavy involvement in TPM and AOTC.
I would rank them best to worst

I agree, revenge of the sith is the best star wars movie. Its more complex, great action, and emotional scenes. Great soundtrack , and the scenes where Order 66 is being carried out, it one of the best scenes in the series.

uuuuummmm no. Not that there is a plethora to choose from. I guess if I had to guess, it would be when darth maul opens the doors and reveals himself to the jedis...there was some anticipation.
Maybe when obi wan got pissed that liam neeson died, but not really because he doesn't fight with any passion. Just flawless choreography.
Ian Mcdoiusdrfklsdmond was really good on screen when he wasn't pretending not to be an evil maniac.

RotS is one of the most overrated shitty movies ever, if that makes sense.
I will say in its defense that the Order 66 scene hit me hardest in the feels than any of the other Star Wars movies.

it makes you wonder why the emperor valued such a whiny pussy so highly. Vader gets beat in combat, often...dooku had him, obi wan had him. He had like one good fight. Seriously, darth maul was better...can't you clone that mother fricker.

his force potential/the fact he was created by Plagueis. ObiWan didn't beat Anakin because he was bad arse but because Anakin was reckless/full of anger.

Does that not sound stupid to you? "i have the high ground" I get he was going for the whole "consumed by power" thing, but wouldn't it be better if anakin was just dominating him and obi wan is barely hanging in there and then obi wan just gets in a lucky shot or has help courtesy a distraction from padme.
They looked pretty even, btw that scene blew, and anakin is supposed to be better than yoda.

plus since the sith seemingly betray their master/apprentice at any given moment, why would palpatine, who can best yoda in a duel and is clearly made to be the most powerful individual in the universe, want an apprentice who is so powerful that he is a threat to him.
