I meant to start off with him then got sidetracked and ended up forgetting that I never mentioned him (and forgot all about Fury).
Downey's deal ends with A4 but it wouldn't surprise me either way. I think Marvel/Disney will ride him as long as he will let them, so it will probably depend on how long he will let them.
This whole thing started with Downey's Iron Man so it wouldn't surprise me (and I feel it would be wholly deserved) if they did some sort of swansong for him (like Jackman's Wolverine and "Logan"). Jackson signed a 9-year deal, Captain Marvel will be his 9th in the franchise. Since cameos don't count he may still appear in A4, but beyond that it's doubtful.

GotG 3 isn’t happening anytime soon.
Late 2020 at the earliest.
The core cast is starting to line up other projects.
As I’ve said before, I think they will start sprinkling the GotG cast through a few other movies in order to fulfill their contracts(though I’m not sure how many they have left)
Pratt in a Nova movie, Drax in a Silver Surfer or The Enternals movie, etc...
The incoming IPs give Marvel enough characters to make space movies. GotG isn’t needed as much to explore the cosmos with the F4 and Silver Surfer(along with Captain Marvel) back in the fold, sadly.

Nick Fury will be in Spiderman. I'm guessing he will have about as much screen time as Tony in the first one.
