I think you need to go all the way back to VII if you really want to fix this trilogy. If not, just let it run its course and do better next time.

Id take over lucasfilm and scrap the trilogy day one call it non-canon. Id even insist on a scene in the next made movie where hyperdrive is proven unable to be weaponized.

I’m all for retconning TLJ or as someone said do some reshoots and have a special home release to address the problem areas.

Why don’t just give a small film studio with full control where she can make her girl/PC movies. They could spin it an away that does make her look bad.
I want someone in charge at Lucas that moves away from the Skywalkers and focus on the old Jedi/Sith Wars. There were heroes and villains of both sexes and race shouldn’t be a factor.
