Question regarding Hangover 2

My 13 year old daughter has been invited to see Hangover 2 but I have concerns. It looks like a great movie for maybe highschoolers and older especially for guys but I think it is not appropiate for a thirteen year old girl. If you have seen it please give me your thoughts. I don't want to be an old fart but it looks like too much male sexual humor! Thanks!

This, big time. I mean shite, there was a penis in the first one. I could MAYBE see 16 years old or something like that, but definitely not 13.

This movie is not for teenaged girls.

I went in Hattiesburg yesterday and Didnt see any young children. Mostly adults and a ton of college kids.
