Did they ever reveal who called Hank before the cousins attacked him? I don't remember them ever saying who did it and I was wondering if I missed it. I wasn't a fan when the show originally aired so I wasn't around for the threads back then.

My inclination was Gus or Mike. Gus would benefit most from having the cousins dead and not having a dead DEA agent. I was just wondering if there was ever a definite reference or revelation that I missed. I ran through them so fast on Netflix I figured it was possible.

is that explicitly shown? havent seen season 3 in a while. as far as i remember, gus redirects the twins, telling them to murder hank instead of walt. i saw this as a preemptive machination from gus, who knew that hank would be able to fight back and ideally murder the twins.

Yeah that's what happened, just making a joke since Hector obviously couldn't have called Hank

I was thinking about the Mexi-Brothers the other day.

Did Walt ever even know of their existence? If so he never interacted with them did he?

I'm pretty sure Gus admitted to someone that he tipped off Hank about the attack. I think he was telling Hector about it.

I ran through the series on netflix also for the first time. fricking amazing. Finished S05 Ep8 last night, now just gotta find the rest of them online to catch up

He met the one who survived, remember he tried to crawl out of his hospital bed to get to Walt.

But yeah he had no idea who they were before that.

Amazon Instant has them for $1.99 an episode for the 2nd half of this season. Nothing beats free but the price is better than an evening at the movies.

So it goes to show how clueless walt was of his impending doom...One of his biggest downfalls has been his ego and how untouchable he thinks he is.

Yup...like Jesse said "he's luckier than you".

shite, go all the way back to season 1 with Krazy 8...first guy he tries to do a drug deal with and he's a DEA informant
