I ran through the series on netflix also for the first time. fricking amazing. Finished S05 Ep8 last night, now just gotta find the rest of them online to catch up

While I agree he has an ego, his hubris had nothing to do with those brothers coming for him. They came for him because they thought he killed Tuco (he had no idea what was beyond Tuco).
