I actually just started this and came on here to see if anyone was talking about it

Sheridan reuses actors. The daughter was in 1923. Everyone knows the other guys. He is pretty much in all of Sheridan's stuff. Gotta be a running gag by now.

As soon as I saw the kid with the roughneck crew, the show instantly lost momentum. Sheridan can't write side plots for shite. They're all terribly boring and pointless, needless filler. The audience knows it and so does he, but he didn't care because he has 8-10 hrs to fill and will do it that way.
Billy Bob's A Plot scenes are fine. A 2.5 hr film revolving around him and, the John Ham character and the cartel would have been great, but alas not to be.

Yep there’s the guy I’m assuming he’s a Foreman, eating beans at the house with Billy Bob. He was the sheriffs deputy in Yellowstone, a guard in Mayor of Kingstown, and a cook in 1883.

He is also in Lioness. I can't remember but I assume he was in 1923 as well...its probably safe to do so..lol

I just finished ep. 2. It's an entertaining show, but a little silly from my perspective because I've dealt in all three segments of O&G for two decades. But hey that's show business.
