Denzel is one of my favorites. He has as much charisma as any actor has ever had and always does a great job, but he still is just Denzel with a different script. I've always liked Roman J. Israel and it's mainly because that's the only time I've seen him really play a character, instead of turning the character into Denzel Washington

I was going to put Joaquin Phoenix, but Philip Seymour Hoffman might be a better choice.


But that Hoffman isn’t even the best Hoffman. Dustin Hoffman is my submission.
