I liked both, but the Imitation game was better.

only because you said please:
You should watch King's Speech.
If you've seen that, then watch edge of tomorrow.

I liked both but liked Interstellar more. On the imitation game, what was the point of the girl? IIRC she never did research.

Hollywood must have a strong, smart, female lead.
Its the law.

Both are good but completely different genres. If you like scifi adventure type movies, then you would probably Interstellar. If you like, WWII movies that are to some extent documentaries, then you will like Imitation Game.

Both extremely good movies.

I liked both, but hands down Imitation Game. How Benedict Cumberbatch didn't win an award for that performance is beyond me.

Depends, do you have surround sound and a 55+ inch TV? If not, do not insult Interstellar by watching it on something inferior.
Seriously though, you need to watch Interstellar with the understanding that this is supposed to be an immersive film and plan accordingly.

Interstellar
I thought Imitation Game was boring Oscar-bait type stuff.

This is what has kept me from watching it. Might be a hangover day movie.

I haven't seen Interstellar yet, but I liked Imitation Game.
It's a historical piece, but it's mostly inaccurate. I like to approach historical movies as if they were all made like Inglourious Basterds - purposefully inaccurate for entertainment reasons.

Seeing his posts here and in the math question thread, I think he woke up today and decided to be as annoying as possible
