Really poor timing to release this movie

It's a movie. It's made up. Fiction.
Just wish the Poli board had its own M/TV board so they could bitch about everything there.

One Battle After Another
Del Toro steals the show in very limited screen time
Story was not terrible, but definitely in the bottom half of PTA's scripts.
Performances made up for the less than stellar script
To the whiners. Everyone is portrayed as a shitbag. Nobody is noble. Dude is just trying to protect/save his kid from a right wing loon, and the left wing lunatic of a mother who has effectively ruined their lives
Penn and his revenge motivation makes him a clear antagonist. But the ramifications of her actions definitely makes the mom the overarching protagonist, or at worst the secondary antagonist.

After the first scene, she is depicted as doing almost literally everything wrong.

The dude you are referencing is a bomb building, drug addict, drunk terrorist and in the end they win and continue their tirade on the rule of law through violent extremism. frick this movie especially in light of recent events in Dallas.

I thought my side were the snowflakes? Jesus you’re sensitive and melting over a work of fiction.

More laughter.
A little bitching yes because it gets old.

They don't die. . .that isn't really them winning.
He goes to a protest at the end of the movie
