Depending on the song choice it looks like that light skinned girl from the family band is in a really tough battle going up against that powerhouse big black woman. But who knows, some of these judges have chosen who they want it certainly seems rather than the performance.

I would agree. Kim sounds so good right now, two song choices in a row clearly suiting one contestant over another.
But Adam is stressing convey emotion rather than power, so who knows. He might pick who more fully expresses sadness and pain.

The X factor was perfect for that with their over 30 group. There were 3 really good singers who got their chance to shine.

Obvious winners tonight, and some unfair pairings and song choices to be honest.
But that is 2 very good performances tonight, where the loser is very talented as well.
I really enjoyed how those 2 played off of one another, it seemed like they really had practiced that song together a good amount.
Another Christina couple coming up now? Adam has only had 2 perform total, Cee lo had 2 total, Blake 3 total, and Christina 3 total. Is that right?

yeah, dunno about this one. Adam said it was a kind of creepy but good sound after the battle. This is another song choice clearly more favorable to one singer than the other though. Girl has the advantage.
