Would suck for Morbius to accept that.

Under normal circumstances I'd let it slide, but given the fact that we're 7 months away from another Marvel property with a lead character named 'Morbius," it's probably germane to point out that Owen Wilson is MOBIUS, like the Mobius strip.

This shite gets confusing enough as it is.

So maybe I was the only one to see it, but if not, we pretty much all agree that at 43 minutes 19 seconds the ladders spell out “Kang” right?

I know he’s going to be the villain for ant man, so maybe it’s just some foreshadowing.

Pretty sure Joss Weedon just doesn't like Cap. He put him in a spangly outfit and nerfed his fighting ability and intelligence to retarded monkey level. Cap is one of the most skilled fighters in the Marvel universe. He was already highly intelligent before the SSS and the SSS gave him an eidetic memory. He would have none everything about everyone in every situation simply by studying their files.

Weedon was just exploring a Variant Cap.

So, I guess we don't even want to mention the French comic book artist Moebius, the one with a famous take on the Silver Surfer, do we?

Rewatching ep 1...

Are the TVA killing all those bystanders when they "reset the timeline?"
The Mongolians that met Loki and the little girl in the church?

Those charges seem to disintegrate everything nearby

Yes
It would seem like it would have to destroy the whole world
To stop that variant branch

07.18.1903 01:32:54 Madrid, Spain - No apparent historical event

These bombs disintegrate... stuff.

In the Renaissance Fest tent, it seemed to disintegrate things "affected" by variances in the timeline. The grass didn't vanish. The bodies of the dead TVA cops did, as did the helmet... and the broken pole the enchanted cop hit the other cop with.

SO...
it may not be killing people "supposed to be there". It might, but it may well spare things that are correctly in time.
But- variants, definitely it would; and more interestingly, it should also take out TVA teams too.

So then, the timeline itself becomes intriguing- is she hitting the TVA teams before they nab variants? Erasing the TVA's work to correct the timeline, and thus restoring the multiverse completely?

*I don't know all the details of the Marvel universe, but it seems like some far-future guy could, in theory, use time-travel (the TVA) to "prune" (their word) a very specific future; one in which he has ultimate power.

An Easter egg video I just watched noted that we are closer to the 2050 Alabama event than we are to the 1985 Wisconsin event.

when is the last time a Hurricane killed more than 100 people much less destroyed an entire town to the point of killing everyone?

It's happened quite a few times.

Here's a list of disasters just in the US by death toll LINK

Deadliest on record was Galveston in 1900 w/6k-12k dead LINK

Worldwide Hurricane Mitch killed an estimated 11k people in 1998 when it tore through Honduras and Nicaragua LINK

Episode 1 was so boring I barely got through it. Disney retcons Loki the god of mischief into a simpering beta. It was so much fun watching Loki sit around talking about his feeling. It was gag worthy.

If this is an actual take and not a troll that's incredible. This show is awesome through 2 eps.

Almost as bad…in mythology loki occasionally takes the form of Sif (thor’s wife). Yikes!

Random question

"The sun will shine on us again"

When Loki said that to Thor before Thanos killed him do you think there's a chance he survives with this whole TVA thing and makes an appearance in the new Thor movie?

Also are Wandavision, Falcon and Winter Soldier, Loki just one season - one offs are do they plan to do other seasons?

They are treating them as one offs, as in they want to tell the whole story in one season, but are not opposed to more seasons if there is another story to tell.

This is so much better than wandavision and falcon and winter soldier
Owen Wilson and hiddleston are perfect for these roles

This started off better (faster) than Wandavision.
Not sure it will be better yet.

Falcon and Winter Soldier SUUUCCKKEDD. By far the worst marvel film/show to date.
