I believe those are two separate incidents. Mike for some reason gets put in a neck brace and then everyone sort of laughs and plays fun about it later.

I think Mike's sexual prowess with women is severely overblown. A lot of girls seem turned off by him.

the dude is way too aggressive, he manhandles girls and expects them to enjoy it and then put out, but instead most are frightened/turned off.
