Jury management is a massive part of it, and Drew and Devens, especially Drew, did a crap job of that.

Angela going into jury first was the worst thing for an icon hoping to win. That was the fatal jury management flaw by the Survivors.

What in the actual frick? Taylor won the first round of the final HOH.
I can’t believe I’m this invested that this pisses me off. All she does is sleep all summer, and she’s one win away from an undeserving seat in the final 2.

Based on who is left Devens beats both and Drew beats Taylor. Taylor’s only shot was against Dee.

I dunno. If Taylor wins this year, that's it for Big Brother for me. I was barely wanting to watch as it was. I only watched for Devins. The last great cast was BB 20 and it has gone down quite steadily since then. Without Devins and possibly Dee, you have a really shitty group this year with zero skill, personality or watchability. Most of the cast was a carbon copy of previous couple of years down to having Angela even coming back. I don't even know how i got fooled into watching another season of her.
It's a shite show now. Just like Survivor. I've at least said no more and refuse to watch Survivor 51. All these reality shows really lose what made them great overtime

So I’ve been trying to figure out who Devens or Drew would take, but who would Taylor take??
I have to assume she would vote out Devens, since she has been so set on getting them out, but man she really hates the way Drew has played being their weasel all season. Would she reward that?
I know she really doesn’t want an icon to win, but would she be scared that Melody and Barrett are locks for Drew, with Devens possibly helping to push Dee to vote for him?
Would she count on the four that I’ve said refusing to vote an icon to win giving it to her so she takes Devens despite warning everyone all seasons that an icon at the end will win?
Or would she be doing what all the others did by not taking out the icon, so letting him get to the end could be the thing that flips them because she made the same mistake they did?
I honestly think HOW the final two get there is as important as just who is sitting there.
Like votes for Drew voting out Devens and taking Taylor doesn’t go the same as Taylor voting out Devens and taking Drew imo.
Same for Drew taking Devens or Devens taking Drew.
Going to be interesting no matter how it goes.
Drew is going to go suicidal if he is sitting next to Taylor and Devens and Dee vote for her. They have abused that dude all summer and he doesn’t even know it. It will all come crashing down and it is going to be tragic
He is going to assume he gets Melody, Barrett, plus Devens and Dee. He has no clue how much Dee has hated him and she is a very girl power voter when it comes to juries, as seen on Survivor 50.
She would vote for Devens over Taylor but no way she votes for Drew over her.

The first 15 years of this show, Taylor would have zero chance if in final two. That gen valued game play over feelings.

This is insane to me… You think Taylor is getting vote from Melody??!!! And Barrett?
IMO, Drew is a lock for Melody, Barrett, Devens, and Dee. Unless I’m taking crazy pills or had a stroke.

Josh was the most annoying and unwatchable player I could remember....until Angela. There's not a more annoyingly unwatchable person in reality TV than Angela.

Paul pretty much broke the game in BB 19 with his friendship bracelets and piss poor jury management. Since that time there has been a ton of hostility to vets with powers and the jury valuing feels as much as game play. Obviously it would be great if it was purely objective, but at the end of the day BB is a social experiment as much as a competition show.
I'm not arguing that Taylor deserves to win, but I'm not going to melt if she does like I did when Taylor Hale did over Monte. Taylor Hale will forever have the title of least deserving winner IMO.
For Taylor the pitch against Devens is that he just followed Dee's lead on strategy. He came in with a premade alliance and was given powers right off the bat. In the jury phase, Taylor and Yash worked together with him and Dee to run the game. If (big IF) she wins final HOH, then she won the 2 most important HOH's.
Taylor's pitch against Drew is that he was the Icons' lapdog. He evicted all of his "close allies" and got drug along to do their dirty work.
Personally neither of those are great, but I think it works against Devens better than it does with Drew.
Drew played a solid rat game, and is tied for most comp wins so far. He should be the winner no matter what.

Paul's first time playing is one of the best big brother games of all time.
2nd time he played production starting it off with "friendship bracelets" they interferred too much and the jury saw that and voted accordingly.
I'll never take away his 1st time playing though just a masterclass.

That would be the shittiest move those two could possibly make. He was their lap dog ALL SEASON LONG, if they turn on him in the final vote. I know Dee's feelings about him, but I can't believe she would really give Taylor her vote over Drew or Devins.
This season was better than the previous 3-4 seasons, but I also think that production has been way more involved this season than ever before.
I'll keep watching, but mostly because there's not much else on between July and October since premier week gets pushed further back every year.
For those looking for a new reality show, The Traitors on NBC is great TV.

Y’all need to go ahead and prepare yourself for Taylor winning because it absolutely could happen.
There’s value in laying low and not winning when you don’t have too. As much as it’s not flashy like the game that the icons played, it has shown to be very favorable with jury members in the past. And Taylor is no idiot. She has played the cards that were dealt to her pretty good.

taylor is a loser. She slept all season. Was beyond terrible at the game and was dragged along because every single person knows they have the best shot at winning against her. She didn't play any cards. She was a loser on a reality show that got taken to the finals because she was by far the worst player.
She won 1 chuck e cheese game out 20 all season. If she wins I don't see people in the future playing this way anymore. They will want to kick the floaters and black people off.
