The black HGs or minority HGs wanting to protect or vote for the other minority HGs shouldn't be news to anyone. That's just human nature.

It's part of what you see every year during this social experiment - the black HGs are expected to work together. The strong physical threats tend to hang out more and work together. The quiet, nerdy types tend to lay low and not make much noise. This season is nothing different. Day one, everyone in the house assumed Day/Bay would be working together because they're both black females.

Is it smart gameplay? Not at all but it's what should be expected. We all knew that BB's focus on the minority players was going to be amplified and worse this year after all that went down last season.

I don't mind if people mention that stuff in passing, its the people that post about that stuff 90% of the time. I just don't understand why people like that would watch if it makes them that unhappy.

I'd love to see the reaction if Cody and Tyler say they're keeping Nicole simply because she's white.

Where was the excuse? I was simply pointing out that they are only 2 votes. It’ll take 7 votes to evict someone this week.

It’s be a legitimate complaint if they were going to everyone campaigning to keep him because he’s black, and guilting them into it by bringing up the race card. There is very little complaining when there is talk of an all-girls alliance almost every season, but god forbid two black players talk about teaming up and it’s a problem. It’s exhausting.

Janelle and Kaysar are playing piss poor games, as much as people will get mad to hear it.

I'm not mad to hear it and while I don't think they have played well, I just not really sure what they could have done to really not be the target regardless. They were put in the worst spot entering the house. The biggest problem for both of them is while they are good at certain aspects of the game. Neither of them are very good at the social aspect.

One example from today, Kaysar told Memphis about David talking to Janelle the other day about his intentions of going after Memphis (many laughed about how bad that was on David's part). Memphis proceeds to tell Cody about it and laugh about how fake it sounded. Now its partly Kaysar/Janelles fault that they tell Memphis so much but they try to give him a heads up and Memphis doesn't even believe the truth.

I mean if you were Memphis would you believe that someone would be dumb enough to tell Janelle that they are going to target Memphis, and that since Janelle is guilty by association with Memphis, he'll give her 1 whole week of safety?

I think it's a bit different when you have such a small portion of the house made up of minorities. You have a connection there and understand what it means to be one of two or three in a house as opposed to 10+.

I'm a white dude and I'm not going to sit here and act like it's easy or I know what it's like.

These houseguests are the dumbest group of houseguests ever aside from Janelle, Kaysar, Ian, and bayleigh. How wrong they all are is embarrassing.

Janelle and Kaysar would always have been a target just because of who they are. By playing the game better they could have put themselves in a much better position than they are now.

1- Janelle and Kaysar worked tirelessly last week to keep Keesha, when it was clear Keesha was gone. Increased their target.

2- Janelle is fixated on Nicole F, and has been from almost the beginning. She's said to to many people, who have run back to Nicole F. Nicole F may have gone the route of playing it safe if she won, in order to not nominate Janelle. That's not the case anymore.

3- Janelle and Kaysar had Nicole A, and somewhat got in good with Bay and Day. They knew they needed numbers. Nicole A was closest to Kevin. Kevin was also close to Day. Kevin had nobody to go to in the house. Janelle and Kaysar constantly told Nic A not to talk to Kevin, instead of working things out with him and bringing him in as a number.

4- Janelle and Kaysar tried to work Ian. Ian is closest to Nicole F, and they knew that. After Janelle trashes Nic F, he goes to her closest ally to try to turn against her?

5- One of Nicole A's biggest complaints is that Janelle and Kaysar didn't include her in any of the talks with Memphis before he put her up. She said she wasn't included in any of that. It cemented the idea in Nicole's head that they are working with Memphis, and she wasn't part of it.

So sure. Janelle was going to have a target, because she's Janelle. She has played incredibly bad so far though.

Nah, I wouldn't but my point was they are telling the truth to someone they think is an ally and he just doesn't even believe it. There is some level of funniness and unluckiness to it.

There has kind of been this theme were Kaysar/Janelle try to tell Memphis things that they believe are true or know are true and Memphis thinks they are trying to play him when they are being genuine. I know they are a little weary of Memphis but they still trust him and I'm not sure they really have a choice at this point.

Tyler and Nicole A are talking right now, and he is encouraging her to call a house meeting. I mean she brought it up to him, but he is now gently nudging her in this convo to do it. He has to be really bored if he wants another house meeting. The last one he was involved with didn't work out too well for him. But this should be good feeds if he can get her to do it.

I don't disagree that Janelle let her real self out too much regarding Nicole F

I don't disagree if that is true, didn't see or read about this

I mean it was certainly a long shot but I don't think it really could make anything worse at that point. In fact it appears that while Ian probably has no interest in Janelle, he showed interest in working with Kaysar to a certain extent. Janelle going home could be the best thing for Kaysar's game tbh.

I'm not really sure how you can put much of this on them though. It was more bad luck then anything. Once again, Janelle was being super real with Nicole A this week, so much so that even Janelle cried at the thought of Nicole not trusting her and we know she doesn't cry in this game often.

I guess the difference is I would say bad but not go as far as you. I just don't think many would do well walking into the house with that much pressure up front. It was kind of set up to fail from the start.

Didn’t really increase their target. They were the focus of that week before Keesha was even on the block. Cody was 100% putting both of them up if they didn’t get safety suite.

Lol Nicole F talks about Janelle way more than Janelle talks about her.

Don’t think there was any reasoning with Kevin there but maybe

Risky move but could’ve worked. Finding out that your final 2 is in an alliance that she hasn’t told you about is definitely worrisome. The reason I don’t think it worked is just because Janelle and Kaysar aren’t strong enough to hold off the rest of the house so bad move for him to flip.

Memphis is not going to talk to Nicole A. You’re not going to convince me that Nicole isn’t the dumb one in this situation.

They’ve made bad moves but when you’re in the spot they’re in, you’ve got to make moves. Some are going to hurt you and some aren’t. You have to find where you can get some traction.

This is pretty much my thought, when you are in the spot they are in you are going to make bad moves. I guess I'll always give the benefit of the doubt with people at least trying to make things happen. We all fall into the habit of using perfect information to judge these players.

I somewhat agree with that. If we are talking about winning the game, I agree. Don't think Janelle had a great shot to win.

Janelle is the all-star of the all-stars with this cast. She could only be overshadowed by a Dan, Derrick or Will. You think any of those players, had they come in the house, would be playing similar to how Janelle is?

A large group of these players would be honored to say they worked with Janelle in Big Brother. She didn't play that card though, and she should have. Now it's too late.
