True as well. BB16 with Derrick seemed to push it to the extreme. Especially, since he lasted the whole game.

BB15 is a blacklisted season. Not only for terrible gameplay but terrible people. Although, I wouldn't mind seeing Howard, Jessie, Judd or Candace play again.

well, Janelle isn't the best at BB strategy.

Bayleigh to Cody- She (Janelle) asked "why do people want to do what the HoH wants to do?". I'm like that's just a rule #BB22

Yep. She tried to persuade Bay and it took a few hours for it to get back to Cody.

Nicole A. and Bay/Day aren't exactly in a great spot and Janelle does have a point.

Bay is so terrible at this game. I wish she'd go next week but I doubt producers are gonna allow that pre-jury for certain reasons.

Nic A is overrated as well with a different cast that isn't like BB21.

I don't know what in the hell Day was doing, but I guess she decided to tank Janelle last night. She evidently went to Janelle and said that the tide was turning to keep Keesha. Then she went to Bay and Cody and said Janelle is leading a last minute charge to keep Keesha. Not sure why Day felt that she needed to stir the pot, but she sure did.

I told my GF last night that Bay/Day are guaranteed to make it to at least jury based on season 21 and the demand for equality that every HGs had beat into them before entering the game.

There has to be a perfect middle. I don't think the minority HGs should go in order like they did last season but I also think that Bay/Day are given a pass this year based on the climate. They haven't been mentioned at all as noms for anyone. Both are playing the game hard and yet they are on no one's radar.

I am starting to think this season is going to be a big dud. Janelle and Kaysar will both be gone by week 5. Who else is there that has enough personality or strategic game play to carry the show?

The two who would have previously brought the most drama were Bay/Day, but I can guarantee nobody is going to get into squabbles with either of them. Take Angela away from Tyler and he is BORING. Showmances have always been a big part of the game because of the dimension that is added, but that is out this year.

OMG watching those old videos made me remember how good the show used to be and not all PC and walking on eggshells..Even this thread is stale because there's NOTHING going on in the house!!!....

Who, in your opinion, would get the game going if they win next HOH? I'm ready for some action....

My pick is Janelle

Janelle is basically the only one that would be exciting if they won HOH. Everybody except Janelle and Kaysar would probably just put up Janelle and Kaysar and if Kaysar won he would probably do something stupid like go after David.

Tyler isn't boring without Angela, he's boring with Angela. Tyler pulled most of his manipulation before he got into a showmance with Angela (the only exception was Brett's demise). He has told a few people that he isn't in the game this season like he was last season because he already misses Angela so much. So while Angela isn't physically in the house, she has still messed up his game because he is so p-whipped.

I think there is a chance that once one is gone, the other can slide more easily into other groups. No doubt it seems impossible that them as a duo will make it that far unless they chain together some HOHs

Janelle and Memphis were my two favorites when the cast was revealed. Memphis seems way more passive so far than he was on his season though, but then so does everyone else except Janelle and Kaysar. And Kaysar is making the same mistake he made his prior 2 seasons- playing too hard, too fast, and showing the entire house how smart and strategic he is.

It is still a bit early for the HOH to make a house shaking move, but it's probably needed to jolt these people awake and get them playing. Cody winning the first HOH was probably the worst thing to happen. He's too appeasing and passive. Only one that would have been worse is Nicole F.

But I hope Janelle or Kaysar win next HOH. It'll force people to start playing.

It all depends on the comp but I'll say someone random like Nicole A. or Ian. Although the comp will likely be a luck/random comp which requires little skill.

Worst case scenario would be Memphis or Nicole F.

Not really sure what Tyler, Enzo or Christmas would do but it likely would involve putting Janelle/Kaysar up. I still think there's a chance that side puts David/Nicole A. up with the intentions of backdooring Janelle/Kaysar.

I was just watching the feeds and sure enough Kaysar wants to go after David. I like Kaysar but he is a terrible BB player.

That'd be my attitude as well, but if you don't have anyone going with you, you just make yourself the next target. That was Janelle's frustration with more recent players.

But I've always said I'd play a game where I throw wonky votes out from time to time to amp up paranoia. I think it was Russell that did that on Jeff & Jordan's season, and I thought it was great.

8/12 recap

I picked a horrible day to forget my phone charger and not be able to update. There was a decent amount of game discussions last night about votes.

There was a slight moment last night where it seemed the tide could turn Keesha's way, but it didn't last long. Cody was having a conversation with Christmas, where Christmas told him about a conversation she had with Janelle. Janelle told her about a conversation she had with Kevin, and knew Kevin went to Janelle and told her about it because she repeated a lot of the story back. This had Christmas paranoid because Kevin was sharing stuff with Janelle. Cody was a little upset about it as well, because him and Kevin just had a good conversation about working together going forward.

That questioning didn't last long though. Da was in the HOH room with Cody shortly after. They discussed how they both liked Dani and wanted to bring her into their alliance of four (Da, Bay, Cody, Enzo). Da also expressed how Janelle was cornering a lot of people and pushing them to vote for Keesha, and it was rubbing people the wrong way.

Bay entered the room shortly after and echoed the same things. Bay said Janelle was saying how the vote was really close, but she was counting people who weren't voting for Keesha. Bay and Da both said they were keeping Kevin.

Nicole A entered the room and they questioned her about the vote. She said she was 100% keeping Kevin (Janelle had been counting Nicole A as a vote for their side). Enzo also came in at one point and said Keesha had to go.

The entire house is also counting Memphis as a sure vote for Keesha, which isn't going to happen.

Bottom line, Kevin should be staying. And, if Janelle and Kaysar realize that he is, the vote will be 13-0. Janelle is the only one pushing Keesha hard, and it's putting an even bigger target on her for next week.
