I especially like in last night's episode when she was talking to herself and said "why does MY ally have to go up?"
Because Dani isn't afraid of you coming after her. But she doesn't want to piss off Cody, Enzo, and Tyler because she IS afraid of them. Duh-doy.

She’s on the radar just not top priority
I think that’s the main reason for the push to get Ian out. They want to get rid of one of Nicole’s protection layers.

Plenty no doubt.
I know it's a game and that it can be used as a strategy, but regardless if I were Dom I'd feel uncomfortable watching the constant flirting she and Cody have engaged in this entire season.
There's no strategy in that clip above. That's just her wanting attention and wanting him around. That goes beyond playing the game when it's just the two of them.

I agree that I'd be uncomfortable with it too if I were Dom, but it has seemed to be just flirty talking up until this incident which seems like another level up of flirting, but I think it is still nothing worth messing up a marriage over...yet. It's not like anything physical has happened yet. But last night Dani did take the flirting up a notch.

Maybe it's because I'm not really a jealous person, but I don't really see the big deal with it. Seemed she just wasn't ready for bed and wanted someone to stay up and talk to her. It was a little flirty, but nothing that would cause me concern if I had seen my wife do it. Seemed she was a little drunk as well.

I am a slightly jealous person when it comes to my wife, and I agree with you. Because I am somewhat jealous of my wife, I would be a little uncomfortable with what happened last night, but I definitely wouldn't make a big deal out of it with her. Now if it escalates any further, that would be a different story.

Memphis just flat out told Ian he is voting him out. At least Memphis is man enough to be straight up with him. Now Ian is telling Cody and Nicole that Memphis is voting him out, and he is pretty upset (not at Memphis, but that he might not have the votes). Ian knows he's in serious trouble.
