So being a whore and disgracing and embarrassing your husband is ok and not offensive?
quote:
Someone dissed Christine's game but Christine was just being a woman.
Again, I feel like you are saying its ok for her to attempt to cheat on her husband and that this action is not offensive.

If Derek did not want be a man and settle it like a man then he shouldn't have told Caleb that is what they were going to do even though he had no plans to do it.
So not being a man=lying?

Derek did not do man things
Specific definition of "man things" please. Would you be saying the same if this man tried using a showmance to win money and put his wife through hell?
quote:
I have proven that you cannot say Christine was offensive
You have actually done quite the opposite.

You do realize they're playing Big Brother, correct?

I'd personally go with this:
1a: Will
1b: Dan
3: Derek

This shite with Audrey is pissing me off
. They keep bringing her food and babying her. The hell with that, let her starve if she doesn't want to be seen. This is a ridiculous display by Audrey. Maybe they screwed up her hormone pills or something. She going to wake up soon and have a full beard.

Of course it was a cop-out.
Ok, how about this:
1. Dr. Will
2. Dan
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
3. Derek
I just think Will and Dan are in a league of their own, then a large gap until Derek, then a large gap to the next person (which I guess would be Evil Dick maybe).

Derek may have been in a weak house, but in a season with 4 nominations a week...he never got put up. He wasnt ever even in a conversation for it.
The gap between 2-3 is not that big.

I would flip Dan and Will; otherwise pretty on point.
Derek is the highest ranking one-season player in my mind; and make no mistakes about it - he had (by far) the most dominant season in Big Brother history. Not only did he never have a vote cast against him; he was never even on the block (in a season with four people on the block/week). Yes, he got in with a majority dominant alliance; but he was a large reason that alliance worked so well. His cast does seem much weaker compared to others; but you can't downplay how effective he was in his season.
Still, Derek has only played the game once while Will and Dan saw success in two seasons each. I give Will the nod over Dan for having to play two different Big Brother games (as Season 7 was a pretty different set of rules than Season 2) while season 10/14 were pretty much the same (plus Dan got a month-long pass at the beginning which everyone seems to forget).
Yes, Dan made it to the finals in both seasons; but Boogie's win in Season 7 was essentially a Will win by proxy. Thus, Will then Dan in my mind. Derek could very well get there; but you need him to play another season to really qualify for that top tier.
Who is everyone's most underrated player? I always pick Eric Stein in that case. If he hadn't been saddled with America's Player, I fully think he would have won Season 8.

Well I did say that the gap between Derrick and the next player is also large, so I have a lot of respect for his game.
I just think that if Derrick were to go back for a second season, everyone would be on to his game if they paid any attention to his first season. His whole game centered on his undercover background, and I don't see an entire house being fooled a second time with that knowledge. Will and Dan were able to not only play a second season, but basically made the rest of the house look like fools in their second seasons.
But I could be had that the gap between Will/Dan and Derrick isn't huge I guess, but there is still a gap imo.

I can agree with that. It was just crazy how from day 1 everyone knew he was going to win. But the fact that he ran the house and no one knew was just amazing. Even with a large alliance.

The biggest difference to me was that Will was very entertaining and didn't mind pissing people off
. He would annoy people and completely piss them off and then manipulate them anyway.

Kaysar was a pretty good player. Id rank him pretty high too. Maybe top 8
although he only placed like 10th in his season

I haven't watched earlier seasons but I've heard about them from these threads.
From what I gather, chilltown in season 2 would basically tell people to their face what they woudl do, then do it. Backstab, talk crap, didn't matter....they were always up front.
So how was it that after like 3 or 4 weeks when the house realized "hey, these guys are pretty good", and realized that they were very formidable and were pissing people off all the time..why wouldn't people try to pick them off fairly early?

Dan
Derek
Will

I think he's the most overrated player in the history of the game. Dude always gets praised, but he never made jury - including being voted out twice before jury in season six.

If anyone has time and wants to be amused, go to YouTube and look up Dr. Will big brother. He was ruthless and a genius.

I didnt watch S6. But Kaysar didnt impress me in All stars.
His only goal was to get will out. didnt work well at all

Will was upfront about his game play in season 2, but Chilltown really wasn't a threat in that season because the two other members (Shannon and Mike) were evicted by the 4th eviction, with Will being the only one left. It was season 7 that Chilltown owned the house.
Will's game had a couple of different aspects to it. He would act outlandish and childish so people were more annoyed by him than threatened. Then Chilltown would always try and make the house think there were bigger threats in the house than they were.
They were also masterful at causing other alliances to fight among themselves. What they did to the Season 6 alliance was awesome. He turned James against his own alliance basically because Chilltown convinced Janelle not to nominate Will as a replacement for Mike who had used the PoV on himself. James was so pissed at Janelle that Will convinced him to join a new alliance with Chilltown and some other members (which Chilltown was just conning them with) in order to go after Janelle (who was part of James' alliance). It was pretty funny.

Yea Will was the greatest. I remember when Jace was going home and everyone felt bad for him, Will told Kaysar to put him up and the house all just laughed. What made Will so great is he acted like he didn't care at all whether he was in the house or not. Once people start getting desperate playing the game, they become a lot easier targets.
