This isn't the first time Nicole has said something like this. During week 1 she said if she won HOH she would put up Derrick because he's shady. She said this in front of a few girls and a few of them agreed.

Nicole has turned out to be a lot more aware of what is going on around her than I thought she would be when this season started. Her and Derrick (and even Donny to an extent) have turned out to be the best at reading people and the situations going on around them.

From what I understand he was at best paranoid about the bomb squad still being together and at worst trying to rally the rest of the house against the bomb squad and saying that Derrick was manipulating Nicole's noms.
Amber overheard Donny telling Jocasta that Caleb was throwing the comp and went upstairs and told Nicole and Derrick 10 mins before the ceremony, right after Nicole and Derrick had told Victoria she was probably going up.
So Nicole got pissed and put Donny up instead of Victoria because she had a reason to put him up and didn't really have one to put up Victoria.
They better go into detail about what happened on Sunday because the feeds were already down when all this happened.
