Of course, I do think Derrick is the best talker this show has had in a long while. So it's likely he'll come out looking good anyway. Generally, though, I'd never want HOH unless I absolutely needed it.

I haven't been watching this year as closely as previous years, but from what I've seen Derrick seems to be playing a good mix of offense and defense. I'm pulling for him and Donny. Didn't think I'd like him at first, but he's playing smart so far.

OR Derrick could the two worst comp players as BOB noms, hopefully they lose and Derrick can be safely removed from the HOH and leave Nicole with the blood on her hands.

It's really going to be interesting how Nicole handles all of this. No one really knows a lot about her game.

Derrick putting the two worst comp players would keep him as HOH

Wait, I thought if Derrick's players lose that they stay on the block and Derrick loses the HOH.

Can a winner of the battle of the block be put up as a replacement nom?

No. Safe from the block for the week. That's my reasoning for not even nominating Caleb or Devin. Keep them both available as backdoor nominees.

Yep, completely agree then. Can't nominate either one of those two.

I'm sure Devin is wanting to be nominated now. That's his best chance to save himself.

nope. they safe.

Fitbit activity results for July 9th: LINK I think Cody must have slept all day.
Zack, Derrick and Frankie are getting around the most. I wish we could have had Andy wear a fitbit last year. That boy was everywhere all day and night.

So disappointed in tonight's episode. If I buy the live feeds tomorrow (too tired tonight) can I rewind a few days back to watch what really happened?

If Zack and Devin are gunning for one another, and the whole house knows they hate each other...why not pair them together? You take a 50/50 shot of them working their arse off for one competition and staying in the house one more week, so they can continue to try to get one another out.

You get no blood on your hands, because the whole house understands. You could also have a meeting with both to explain your decision...and possibly have some weird alliance should they put aside their differences.

Devin asked Derrick to put him on the block. Derrick told Cody/Zach that he won't put him up. He wants to back door him.

I don't understand that move. Try to keep them both in the house...that way it's less attention on you.

Devin has played a dumb game so far, but I don't think now is the time to get him out on purpose. You have to hope Zack and Devin stay another week, and an innocent floater goes home or some shite. Let the animosity continue for weeks with those two,
