Completely agree
I'd like to see his game in a house full of people that aren't dumb as rocks. I doubt it would be as spectacular.

I'm not convinced that Derrick is going to the final two. You'd be stupid to want to sit next to him at the finale and he hasn't shown to be a strong physical threat.

These people are stupid.
Id be surprised if he wasnt in the final 2 and wins.
I said after the first or second week he was gonna win. Im sticking by that
He needs to get frankie out real soon

He's in an alliance with Frankie, who was all but going home (by the hands of Derek, Cody and Caleb) 2 weeks ago...and Frankie knows about it
He's in a promised final 2 with Victoria, who isn't invited to the meetings that the alliance has
The house is fricking STUPID minus Donny and Derek. Just because you are the smartest amongst a bunch of idiots doesn't make you smart

Product of a weak house. This season is full of alliances and floaters instead of quality players.
That and the stupid 2 HOH twist that was an utter failure.

If you haven't figured out that Derrick is manipulating the house, why would you not want him sitting next to you? To them he seems like someone that basically floated through the game. It's like Christine said to him last night. She said if he was next to Cody in the final two, Derrick's only chance would be to convince everyone that he was actually controlling the house. Little does she know that will be easy to do since that is exactly what is happening.

They need to do away with trying to change the way the game is played. No twists or "expect the unexpected." Either do All-Stars or have a cast of regular people with no celebs or people who have made it before entering the house.

And no twists..

But doesn't that say more about the people than it does his style of play? I've never seen someone get away with as much as he does, and it's not because his style is that much different from others before him. He's good at being neutral, but when everyone has been on the block except him and no one is saying "why doesn't he go up," it should be alarming.

How different would this house be if Frankie wasn't on Team America? I know it's not a power alliance, but it has made Derrick closer to Frankie. The only reason he's there is his sister.

First off, is there a bunch of dumb sheep in the house...sure there is. But that is normal in life and in the game. There is a far greater ratio of "sheep" to "wolves" in the world in general. And when it comes to the game, very rarely is there very many people that actually realize what is going on with the dynamics of how the alliances are aligned, and how the decisions are getting made until it is too late. The difference this year is that the main alliance was so big at the beginning, that Derrick had to start manipulating the different members of his own alliance early on (mainly do to Devin's craziness). The reason he gets away with it is because he convinces the other players that they are the ones coming up with these moves. It's like with the plot to get Frankie out, Zach basically accepted the blame of trying to get him out, and thus there was no eyes on Derrick. That is where Derrick differs from some of the players from previous seasons. He has the ability to direct the actions of the group, while not only convincing other that it was their idea, but to also fall on the sword when it doesn't work (like Frankie) because they actually believe they were the ones responsible.

Exactly. Zach and Caleb looked like the ones gunning for him. Derek was just off to the side rubbing his hands together saying

I don't necessarily think the rest of the house have been dumb sheep all season. Frankie, Donny, Hayden, Nicole, and even Caleb to an extent were all intelligent at times. Derrick was just the only one to figure out how to operate within the stupid 2 HOH twist to his benefit, as well as endearing himself to just about everyone in the house. No doubt he has played the best social game, but even his manipulating who to vote out each week was the safe vote every week. It wasn't like he orchestrated any huge game moves, but then he didn't really have to. I hope Nicole somehow makes it to the final 2. She was the only HOH to actually try to make a big move, but unfortunately it just backfired on her, and it was Caleb, not Derrick, that sniffed it out.
