Derrick's dad has a point. That competition was designed to assure he stayed. Any other week, he's working alone and is on the block.

I hate how people in the house assume America will love them or that someone else is hated. They let their beliefs cloud reality.
ETA: off topic, but it took us until August 24 to get to page 170 last summer. Although the house is getting smaller, we should pass 230.

People say it every season, but last season truly was the dullest, worst game-played season since the one winter season. No one on that cast should ever be asked back for an allstar season.

I guess I missed it, but what did Derrick tell the house he does for a living?

No. He said he was a parks and rec's advisor.
Suprised no one sarcastically asked him if he worked with a quirky Indian and devout libertarian.

Derrick's dad also said it was suspicious when two weeks ago the whole house was set to vote Zach out, and Derrick went to the diary room and stayed in there for an hour, and came out and convinced the house to vote him to stay. I don't know if they would do something as blatant as tell Derrick to get the house to keep Zach, but I bet they asked him some questions that made him reconsider voting Zach out.
And I truly believe that production came up with the BoB just to give Frankie the chance to win it by himself. That was just way too convenient.

I thought so when I heard he won it too, but that comp was clearly planned far in advance as part of CBS' promotion of Thursday Night Football, which took place on the night the Ravens played SF to open the NFL Preseason.
As much as I hate Frankie, he just earned that win.

I think it's great. I want a blow up before Nicole leaves where she calls her out on it.

I agree with this. I thought for sure production did that. But didnt seem like it after watching

I hope Nicole calls that disgusting thing out in her eviction speech Thursday.

I would agree except that I think that competition could very well have been planned in advance but for use at a later date. I think Frank won a POV of pretty much that same competition in season 14. Remember, the competitors were dressed like the Ravens and Steelers because that's the first Thursday night game on CBS of the regular season, not Ravens/SF.
Presumably production has a number of these events planned in the future, they could easily switch the order to benefit a particular player at a particular time. The fact that the start of the POV was significantly later than normal would also suggest that there could have been a change to the comp so that Frankie would have a shot.
Of course, he did win and Donnie and Zach could have too. It certainly wasn't "fixed." Just that Frankie was put in a position where he had a better chance to succeed than all of the other BOBs.

If I was Nicole, my eviction speech would be, "Dear Tim, I'm sorry you married a trashbag whore. Maybe you can bring divorce papers with you to the finale. Houseguests, vote for who you want but just remember, Christine is only here to cheat on her husband and is lying to all of you about her alliance with Frankie." Then I sit down.

Chiropractors can't write prescriptions right?
If not, chalk another lie up for Caleb

This is just absolutely infuriating. Wtf do they even get involved at all, outside of physical confrontations or someone putting others in danger?
It's a frickin game, let them play it for frick's sake. Does production just realize who the "popular" players are and try to keep them safe?
I like this show but dammit I'm ready for Utopia!

That is fricking bullshite. I was off the production conspiracy to let Frankie win. But you can't argue against it if it went down like that
