Why wouldn't there be blood evidence from Mike at the crime scene where Finsky and Houlihan were shot? It seems like the two cops that traveled to NM are doing a half assed job investigating.
Oh good, thanks. Now I can stop watching this show. I think you just proved that it may not be real life.

Well we found out for a fact that one of the investigators was purposefully half assing. The other seems to just be too new to put the pieces together himself, particularly now that Mike knows what he knows

Who else keeps waiting for Hector's grumpy arse to show up at the nursing home?

give your source some credit because there is no way you memorized all 30 pics and figured it out that quickly, just admit it

Fortunately, this isn't a CSI. In the real world, there isn't conclusive DNA evidence at every crime scene.

I doubt that happens. He's living in that crummy shack in the middle of nowhere when we meet him in BB

I guess Mike did a great job not bleeding all over the place. His bad assness knows no bounds.

I noticed it too, it helped that his pic was the last one before panning down to Saul sitting down.

Breaking Bad - The Journey of Mike Ehrmantraut
I'm sure it's been posted here before, but it's a nice refresher of Mike on Breaking Bad. Even though Saul has exceeded my expectation, these Breaking Bad tributes make me want to binge watch.

Well hector wasn't in a nursing home yet when he was introduced in BB, so it would be interesting to see how they could work that in.

Just watched it at lunch. So now that all the money has been handed over, I assume the kettleman's will take the 16 month jailtime deal?
Aside from helping out his lady friend does Saul get anything positive out of this? He always seems to have an angle on stuff, but I don't see it in this move. If he had all of the money (from Mike), why not just represent them himself and get a nice payday from the bill?

So mike is going to wash the money then "drop it" at city hall.
Kettleman charges dropped
charges dropped? you don't really think you can embezzle a million plus and not get something do you?

like they have a choice? they can take it or both go away him for a lot longer of course, sounds like he's the only one with even an ounce of sense or a shred of integrity, she would put her kid out on the street for the bag of money

his first angle was a play for Kim to join him in a law practice, and when that fell through he decided to help her out anyway. In spite of how shady Jimmy is, he's not that bad a guy. The fact he went berserk at the end of this one when he realizes he isn't getting Kim or a nice, plush law office is part of the motivation that pushes him toward being Saul.

Doing the "right thing" is all fine and dandy until you have to pay the bills.

it's also clear Chuck is the only reason Saul hasn't backslid to slippin Jimmy already, and once something goes really wrong for Chuck, it's gonna be all over for Jimmy doing the "right thing".
If I know Gilligan we are gonna get an audio segue featuring Alice Cooper... "No more, mister nice guy" in one of these episodes.
Still amazed with this show, it took all of 2 minutes into it for Mikes grand slam homer of the Philly PD,, this show is the fuking boss and nothing else comes close.

Recall Kim said 'I'm almost a partner' and intimated that she thought it was close.
I can see HER doing something that shafts Chuck (in order to get the partnership)...maybe Chuck even ends up killing himself on purpose or accident... . That gets Chuck and her out of the "keep Jimmy grounded" business and could break him completely.

well she said 2 years maybe, and they apparently put up a big block of her tuition so she would work there as a junior. Also recall losing the Kettlemen account was going to set her way back. Jimmy obviously cares enough about Kim to sacrifice his own interests for hers.
Interesting thing about Chuck attempting to "get better" in this epi, he hasn't entirely left the reservation yet, but his psychotic "emf allergy" must have been triggered by something, there are a lot of ways to go with this but they all wind up going to the same place.
