At the end of the day, Jeff need's to win POV. If he win's that, all of a sudden, his backdooring Russell will look like a genius move.

Exactly. All of this whining over Russell is irrelevant. If not this week it had to be next week. What if there is a power shift? You gotta get him out while you can. At first I thought it was a mistake but now I like the move. It's pretty bold. It's a risk. But ultimately, it was the way to go.

It's freakin too early! Who is to say he wins the POV??? Then his and Jordan's asses are on the line. He should have gotten rid of Kevin or Nat this week, and then maybe Russ next week. It's too soon.

The only thing that is fact is that Jeff used the POV to replace his nomination of Kevin with Russ.

The vote happens live on Thursday.

It's now apparent that Jeff is the strongest competitor in all of the comps. If Russell is gone, who is left to challenge him?

If it's endurance related, nobody. Otherwise Kevin has been pretty strong as of late.

But he can not participate in the next HOH, so he's screwed there. Then let's say when they play the POV game he doesn't get chosen to play? Or maybe it is a game that is more mental than physical?

Way too many unknown variables to pull that move right now.

Everyone will play for the the POV. There's only 5 people left after this eviction. You don't think the producer's will make it a physical competition? Jeff's gonna have every opportunity possible to win it.

I am sort of hoping to see he and Jordan go up for nomination and then see him win the POV. Then we can see Jeff and Jordan fall apart for a couple of days, really throw a wrench into things.

I am pulling for Jeff, I'm just questioning this move if his real intentions are to get himself AND Jordan as far as he can.

Is it possible that he is thinking one step ahead and is going to use Jordan as the sacrificial lamb to get one step farther? I highly doubt it, but it's a thought.

they DEFINITELY have had VERY FEW puzzle challenges this year. Guess the collective IQ of the HGs isn't all that high.

Jeff is toast. He fell victim to the HOH power. The power hungry they all get when they have HOH. He listened to much, tried to do to much, second guessed himself 100 times, and became way to cocky. If he survives next week its only because he wins POV or Jordan wins HOH in by a miracle.

WHY get rid of Russell? Does nothing but hurt him. And the live feeds of the fight with him and Russell after POV replacement was priceless. Not sure how they will spin it Thursday but should be good TV.

yeah gettin rid of russell idiotic.

although, how lame will the show be with just jordan, natalie, kevin, and michelle?

producers might pull some strings to keep jeff around, if he does get nominated next week.

I don't know if Michelle will definitely put Jeff up. Jeff will have a really good shot at POV also b/c he is probably one of the smartest ones left. Also, he is definitely the most athletic.

the only thing that really matter from here on out is POV because you are safe and get to play for HoH

No Boo, he isn't one of the smartest left. That's why his arse will be toast next week. If he was smart, he would have kept Russ in atleast on more week. I think the only person Jeff has a chance of winning against was probably Russ. If Nat or Kev get into the final 2 with Jeff, I think he may be screwed. Isn't he thinking about all this, DUH! I also can't wait to see him and Jordan go up next week, so he can see what a fool he has been. I don't want them to go home, but I want him to see he shouldn't have trusted Kev and Nat!
And FWIW, Kevin and Michelle have both been strong in competitions!
