It's between Lacey and Paige. Based on last night's performances, I'd have to say Lacey's going home.
I think Paige is terrible, but AI is not going to go 11 more weeks without a black female. Doesn't matter what the vote was.

ETA: Just found out that the judges have a "save," where they can override the "vote" of America.

This show is pretty predictable. You need to have a niche in order to get all the votes from that niche. You can't just be an all-around good. The latino was god-awful two weeks in a row. That nerdy kid got the country vote.

i think that paige is still there because she has the voice to be there whether she has shown it or not. idol doesen't want to get rid of someone of real vocal talent as has happened with j. hudson and daughtrey

tim urban lives on.someone out there is voting for him.everytime they tell him hes safe he shakes his head and looks like hes suprised.

He wasn't the only one surprised. When I saw the bottom 3, I really thought Tim was going and the other two would last another week. I thought Paige would go before Lacey, but none of the 3 have a chance of winning, so they're going anyway. I was hoping Lacey would make the Top 10.

Big Mike's arrogance is bordering on annoying.
Dreadlock girl still makes me itch and I don't get why they say she's so talented.
Tim Urban must be getting a lot of teen girl votes to still be in this thing.
Garcia has been downhill since his "straight up" performance.
Siobhan has been one of my favorites from the beginning, now I think she IS my favorite.
DiDi has stepped up her game quite a bit.
Katie and Aaron are extremely talented for 17 and 16.

I was surprised Garcia didnt sing something more suitable for his voice. I think "waiting for a friend" would have been perfect for him. Gimme Shelter is way too big of a song for his style and voice
There is a Bowersox singing in a coffee house in ever city in America and i dont think she is marketable at all. I dont think she can continue to "bonnie raitt" her way through the competition.
Big Mike is not arrogant to me, just outgoing and entertaining and he will have a nice career as a Teddy Pendergrass type of singer. Something Reuben could have had if he hadn't eaten himself out of show business
I really think Ryan has a thing for Didi
Katie needs to get cut next week and then get signed by Disney. She is the prototype Disney artist and if she makes it past next week (into the Top 10) then they own your recording rights and you have to go on the Tour.
The young guy is not a solo artist, he is a front man for a country band. He has a great voice and ZERO magnetism for a solo artist. Same with Tim Urban, he needs to be acting or singing with a band. He doesnt have the drawing power to sell concert tickets on his own ability.
Lacey was way out of her depth for quite a while and I am surprised someone had to tell her that country pop was her ticket. The first time I saw her and heard her I said "Martina Mcbride meets the Sundays"
