Does anyone remember the sketch where Patrick Stewart was Satan and he was essentially berating his minions telling them what terrible things he was going to do to them? The minions were Schneider, Spade and Norm.

I can't find a video anywhere but I remember it being absolutely ridiculous. Norm was fantastic.

Norm at the ESPYs:

Charles Woodson is here. What a season he had. First defensive player to ever win the Heisman. That's something no one can ever take away from you...unless you kill your wife and a waiter.

Brilliant. He can carry other shitty interviews and make them hilarious. "BORED" had my in tears. I'm quasi clever and that's the kind of joke that would take me 10 minutes to come up with, but he pulls it out within seconds after being challenged.

How has no one linked the Andy Richter Swedish German joke?!?

Almost as good, if not better than, the moth joke.

I've loved the Norm on Conan prostitute joke, but I can't find it.

ETA: Talking about how much money she made and how she made it.

Scrabble with Old Harold Delaney

This is one of my favorite Norm stories. So funny.

I think the reason Norm hasn't found a stable vehicle for his talents is because, as evidenced from his talk show appearances, he works best with a straight man prompting his bits.

It's a very old-school comedy talent. I can listen to his interviews from Conan and Letterman all day.

On the Comedy Channel (before it was Comedy Central, and Norm was on SNL) there was a vote in '90 or '91 for the "funniest clip" on Comedy Channel (they played mostly short clips of stand-up).

Norm's joke about the guy who killed his family because "Satan" told him to, only to find out that it was his friend in a mask telling him to kill them... that joke came in first.
