Yep, the season with the serial killer storyline was the last good season, then the show just went totally off the rails with absolutely ridiculous story lines. And the guy who plays the son looks like a creepier, balding, whiter version of Michael Jackson and is a horrible actor.

wife used to watch this all the time (which means I got stuck watching it)...as said earlier the first couple of seasons are pretty good and then it just goes full on batshit crazy. Most of the women are very nice to look at, and I'd love nothing more than to be able to punch Julia in her face repeatedly.

Watch through the "carver" story line. Then delete.

Seriously.. Just pretend the s3 finale is the series finale and you'll come away thinking it's a pretty good show.

Do what everyone else has said and stop after season 3. I suffered through the last 4 seasons of Dexter because even with how bad it was I invested a lot of time into the show and I wanted to see how it ended. Nip/Tuck got so bad that I didn't even bother finishing it.

Great pilot IMO. After season 3 you can walk away.

I've never hated a cast so much. All of the characters are so despicable, I actually dislike the actors.

I gave up around crab baby.

The finale season of season 2 has one of the greatest finale scenes in television history. All I Know by Art Garfunkel is such a powerful song and was perfect for that final scene.

SPOILER

Somone gets killed with a teddy bear maker. Despite that, I finished the series. It is great at points and terrible in others. It is addictive though.

I think Nip/Tuck is one of the greatest television shows ever.

SPOILERS

I think when they left Miami and went to LA it hurt the show the most but I still thought it was pretty good even when they went to LA
