The episode was ok, but it did not pick up as strongly as it ended last year. The Nick/Jess dynamic throws off some of the chemistry, I think. The producers planned to draw out the "will they, won't they" a good bit longer, but felt the chemistry between Nick and Jess was too strong to let it continue. It will be interesting to see how they handle them living together now that they are together. The avoided it in this episode by having them run off to Mexico.
