Thats a big issue that the beach lady's app is gonna turn into a HUGE problem. Peole will now know where the public spots are and will walk along the water to access them. Technically that shouldn't be an issue but I'd be pissed if some people set up camp in my side yard.

I can't believe she actually got a restraining order issued on the old lady. The old lady had to have had the worst lawyer of all time because if anything it seemed like the stripper was the one that needed it. She was the one constantly filming the old lady.

The Halloween one was kind of the smallest beef that we've seen this season. At least they're letting their kids friendship not be effected by their childish drama.

O man forgot to post about that. They might be the two worst people on the entire series so far. They are living in her house for free, won't leave, and they are giving her hell like she's a bad person. Legit scumbags. Maybe there is more to the story that they aren't showing but I legit felt bad for her. She seemed like maybe the most "normal" person that's been on this show. Just a grumpy(ish) old lady getting taken advantage of.

Don't remember where that was but those people's clothes would be at the street and the locks would be changed the moment they stopped paying rent. I used to have a few rent houses and I did not wait around months for a person to get evicted by the state. You didn't pay for over a month, one day when you come home, the house was going to be cleaned out, everything in trash bags at the street and new locks on the doors. I ain't got time to deal with people living in a house for months for free.

The way they tell the story on here is not exactly straight forward. I was thinking the old lady's fence was old and fell over too. It showed her having some rig that was trying to hold the fence up but didn't work. But then in the court hearing the judge said that "Now that I see the pictures and it shows Mrs. Old Lady pushed your fence over, I'm granting you the restraining order." I was like wth, are they saying she purposefully pushed the fence over?

I believe the see through metal fence was the Old Ladys and the decrepit wooden fence was the strippers. They did not make it extremely clear but the issue started when the old lady told the stripper she needed to replace the decrepit fence. In court they also used the fact that the old lady tied her tree to the decrepit wooden fence as evidence that she "destroyed the fence". IDK how a judge could look at pics of that fence and decide it was anything other than neglect that caused the fence to fall.

I don't think you have this correct. I think the old lady wanted to replace the decrepit fence and wanted the stripper to help pay for it. Stripper said no so old lady put up the metal fence.

1) the decrepit fence was in such bad shape that there is no way it was put up recently enough for them to be squabling over who paid for it.

2) The court issued the restraining order based on the old lady tying a tree to the decrepit fence. If that fence was paid for by the old lady, it wouldn't have been an issue.

Thats my one issue with this show. They don't do a good job of really explaining the situations. we are told fragmented bits and pieces from the lunatics involved and are left filling in the blanks.
