I don’t know if any are underrated but all these are straight to streaming
Palm Springs
Map of Tiny Perfect things
Extraction
Shadow in the Cloud
Red Notice
Love and Monsters
The Harder they fall
Werewolves within
My wife and I like perusing s2s shows on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. There’s some stinkers and some fun ones. I’ve given thought about having a running “here’s what we watched on streaming this week” thread.
This week we watched Aftermath (not amazing but a fun thriller with a twist I didn’t see coming and Ashley Green is still a looker) and Brazen (Alyssa Milano doing her best Jennifer Coolidge impression in a very awful movie.)

If you have access to Showtime, watch The Captain (2017).
IMDb
It's a German film that's said to be a true story. Not exactly action or comedy. More crazy than anything else.
Glenn Kenny, reviewing it on the Roger Ebert site, didn't like it, but if Roger was around, he'd probably advise someone looking for action and comedy, to watch it.

During the final weeks of the Third Reich, an army deserter stumbles across an abandoned Nazi captain's uniform. Newly emboldened by the allure of a suit which he stole only to stay warm, he discovers that many Germans will follow the leader, whosoever that happens to be. —Music Box Films

,,, “The Captain” is based on the real-life story of Willi Herold, who was separated from his regiment during the German army’s retreat back to its home company and, upon assuming the identity of a captain, came upon a prison camp where he ordered the execution of more than 100 inmates.
Schwentke intends a parable of how even the smallest, perhaps especially the smallest, people can rise to the occasion when suddenly given authoritarian power to wield. Willi is played with remarkable conviction by Max Hubacher, who constricts his face into a rat-like vision of first fear, then murderous smugness. Willi can use his captain’s guise to wallow in whatever luxuries might be available to him in these last days of war, and eventually he does, but mainly he’s interested in throwing his new-found weight around in the most awful ways possible. ...
