Need help with a movie

Cant remember the name of the movie but loved it when I was a kid.
Older animated movie. Story was about mice on a farm and they had to move their home to get away from the farmer's harvest. There were "good mice" and "bad mice." I remember they had to seek the advice of a great old owl and there was also a farm cat.
Anyone remember this movie and the name? TIA

No prob I watched it with my siblings as a little bastard and liked it. Brutus was the bad rat. I forgot the wise Owl’s name.

I watched it as an adult some 15 years ago and still loved the movie and hopefully I can find it OnDemand, Netflix or Amazon.

I loved that movie and the books when I was a kid. Can't wait for my boys to get old enough to show it to them

Watched it on Prime after reading this thread.
Pretty heavy stuff for a kids movie. Mixture of dark fantasy and scifi. Surprised I never heard of it growing up; this would have been about the right time for me.
I'm convinced the sword fight scene w/ Nichodemis and the bad rat was the inspiration and basis for the Ani/obi Wan fight in Revenge of the Sith. Down to some of the dialogue.
