I watched certain scenes of NFS filmed in the town I live in (car flipping on the bridge). This movie has direct to DVD written all over it. It had the special effects, but I swear it looked like they were filming this piece of shite with a Wal-Mart camera... and by the quality of the trailer, I honestly think they did.

A good rule of thumb is to always judge a movie by the appearance of the camera used to film certain stunt scenes. That was Ebert's secret.
