It's real. It's edited very well, but it's real. Nathan is probably the best dead pan comedian ever.
They have interviews with some of the people he's helped. They all say he's a very nice guy just extremely weird.
A few of the women from "The Hunk" have interviews as well.

He is one of the most talented dudes in comedy right now. I hope he does a good promo tour for this because I'd like to see him on a variety of podcasts/interviews and see how he is outside of the show.
