I'm obese and it's a choice I made and am exercising again but goodness sake when these men and women get this big there's some behavior issue or traumatic experience

Good luck. I've fought weight problems all of my life. Finally got serious about health, diet and fitness at 37. Lost 85 lbs in 1 year and have never felt better now at 42. If I can do it, anyone can.

I know the right things but now I have to train differently than when I was 20-25 it's just hard for me to fully accept that.
