'I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!' I want you to get up right now, sit up, go to your windows, open them and stick your head out and yell - 'I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!'

You beat me to it. What is so impressive is that most of it is done in one continuous take.
Oh, and COFFEE's FOR CLOSERS!

V for Vendetta. That speech with all the V's by Hugo Weaving was insane.

The Great Dictator (1940)
Chaplin's first talkie, where he plays a duel role, a Jewish barber and the Phooey Hynkel (Hitler).
His speech mocking Hitler's rhetoric is a macaronic parody of the German language, filled with weinerschnitzel and sauerkrauts, it's hilarious.
But in the end, after a pretty funny mix up, the Jewish barber is mistaken for Hitler and has to make a speech, where he leaves a pretty powerful message.
