Original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Hands down. Hysterical laughing scene freaks me out to this day.
And 'Ice Cream Man'. Still think of that movie when i hear an ice cream truck

Critters
We lived in the country on a farm.. We had a gas station that rented out vhs tapes close to my house. I was about 8 when I saw it.. fricked me up bad. I was jumping out if my bed at least 4 feet towards the door because I thought they were under my bed. Then I found out they can form into a ball and start rolling. frick that. The ball was about 8 feet wide. Hell no. I wouldn't go into the fields at night for awhile.

I absolutely HATED scary movies as a kid, but sometimes I was stupid enough to watch parts of some. So some of those fricked me up. shite like It and Silver Bullet. Also, Phantasm gave me nightmares for a while...that little orb thing and the alternate universe thing with the alien dwarf creatures crawling around and shite.
Also, there was something that I saw one time called "Gas Station Wash Room." I actually think it was a Saturday Night Live skit. But it scared THE frick out of me. I was running around my house screaming and shite. That shite haunted me for years it seemed like. I've always tried to find it online, but never could.

I have easily the lamest movie of them all, "Night of the Lepus" it's some old movie about giant rabbits that killed people. That movie messed me up for years. I was probably about six or seven when I saw it and I literally could not sleep in my bedroom for a while after that, I would sleep on the floor outside my parents or sister's room. Screw that movie.
Arachnophobia also got me.
I never watched a lot of true horror movies as a child, still don't.

Halloween, The Exorcist, and IT. I saw all 3 before I was 8, which my Dad still gets a good laugh about. I love all 3 films but they still freak me out to some degree

Children of the Corn.....First time I watched it, I was fine. Second was a whole nother story.
Cujo....We had two St. Bernard dogs (Rudy and Hoss) when I was a kid. Never looked at them the same after this movie

I saw TONS of scary movies when I was a kid and they never really bothered me so I cant say one "messed" me up. However The Thing did creep me out a little the first time I saw it, when that guys chest opens up and bites that doctors arms off.

Yep. Scared the living hell out of me. I love horror movies, but this one still gives me a weird feeling. It's just got such a dark, dangerous feeling.
Throughout college, I did some work at a haunted house, and one year we had Tony Todd come and sign autographs. My stomach dropped a little when he walked through the door, even if he was wearing a flat bill and an affliction shirt. He's still the damn Candyman.

This. The clown under the bed scene screwed me up for years. I could never look over the edge of my bed for fear of that damn clown. I hate clowns.
In regards to animation films, the Rescuers scared the crap out of me. I had the record book that didn't make it any better. I hated the Medusa character.
