I would have to go with Gummo. The film just doesn't sit right with me.

I'm pretty sure I was about 13 when the Ring came out and that movie took its toll. When the chick came out the TV I'm pretty sure I crapped myself

I'm over 40 and The Exorcist still freaks me out a bit ...

As an adult? Probably Requiem for a Dream.

The Ring bothered me as an adult.

Eraserhead. Most David Lynch stuff is over the top in some way but this movie tops them all.

Twins.
What kind of fricked up life to live to be the genetic twin of Arnold but be stuck looking like Danny Devito.

Jaws....saw it at the beach, when it came out. Bad idea.
The Ring. Watched it with my kids...soon as the damn thing went off, sure enough the phone rings.

Wasnt a movie but Unsolved mysteries used to creep me out. The theme and re-enactments were at times unsettling

The Ring and recently Sinister. Sinister because they showed kids being killed. As a dad, that gets to me.

Same. The re-enactments were creepy especially the murder ones. The music set the creepy tone as well. Robert Stack had a frightening voice. I watched the show as a kid and got scared as hell but continued to watch

This old Troma film "Mother's Day." Saw it at a friends house when I was 10 years old.

Mine as well. I was too young to watch that movie at the time.
Requiem for a Dream as an adult though. That movie should be shown in every high school in America.
I am intrigued by eraser head but I hated muholland drive so I don't know if I would like it

Gremlins fricked me up as a kid. I couldn't understand why everyone was laughing at those sick evil creatures.
To this day I won't watch that movie.
Thank God it isn't just me. An animation that messed with me was the Rescuers.

The Exorcism of Emily Rose screwed me up.
