Most Disturbing Movie Scene

I almost put this in the "Saddest" thread, but it didn't seem to fit. I'm not talking about gross out, evil stuff. I'm talking about scenes in movies that make you angry and leave you with an uneasy feeling - like it isn't the way that things are supposed to go, especially in movies.
I have three. Spoiler alerts in all of them if you haven't seen Saving Private Ryan (what's wrong with you?) or No Country for Old Men.
1. Saving Private Ryan at the end when Adam Goldberg is upstairs in the house fighting the German and Jeremy Davies comes up and could help but chickens out while the German kills Goldberg. The German just walks past him and leaves him in his cowardice. That scene still makes me really angry.
2. No Country For Old Men when Chigurh walks out of the house after Carla Jean begs for her life. You know what just happened.
3. No Country For Old Men when Chigurh gets in the car wreck in the next scene. At first you think that there is finally justice, but then he just walks away.
All of those scenes were very disturbing to me/made me angry. What's your take?

The "dream" scene in Rosemary's Baby when she is raped by Satan. The cinematography in that scene was disturbing (and very eerie and odd)- not just the rape, itself. Then, Rosemary screams, "This isn't a dream! This is really happening!" just tops it off.

in The Basketball Diaries when Leo DiCaprio gets his dick sucked by that man in the bathroom stall.

Lilya 4-Ever
The 11 or so scenes where the main character gets raped. Oh, and pretty much the other 60 minutes of the movie.
Come and See
When they are running through the village and they see the pile of dead bodies behind the house

mine is when they showed the video of hannibal eating that nurses face off in ''hannibal''.
they slowed it down to show him coming off of her with blood all around his mouth and skin. pretty gruesome.

For non-violent disturbing, I agree with the Swingers answering machine. That is just painful to watch.

I haven't seen swingers in a while...What exactly happens? Doesn't he get cut off short from leaving a phone number or something?

In City of God when the 7 year old shoots the five year old in the head. I am not sure of the ages, but it is two really young kids.

The little girl in the red coat (the show was black and white but occasionally showed color)hiding in some sort of port a potty in feces from the Nazi's in Schindler's list. You later see her and her red coat amongst many dead bodies. Very disturbing.
